Training his Soul (Private) [Fin]

This world was difficult. Trying to find peace and quiet in the living world was as hard to Daemon as trying to find something to watch on a boring day was for a human. The thrum of the world around him, the noise, the incessant chatter of food-
"No, not food. They are living creatures too." Daemon would think. Pushing aside the thoughts of his hunger away. He had just feed, and now he was trying to meditate. He was trying to strengthen his soul power. Not that he had anything to work with yet, but it was better to prepare early.

His heads swiveled around, viewing the world around him. It was a better idea to keep his body's eyes open in order to respond to any danger. Daemon knew that he wasn't the apex hunter of the realm.
"Yet." he would say, focusing on breathing in and out deeply. Breathing in, attuning himself to his soul. Breathing out, pushing out any of the distractions around him. He keep breathing in and out, pushing the ever present hunger to the far back of his mind. He could almost forget about it for a little while. Not that it wouldn't come rushing back in as soon as he was done.

He didn't know how the others could do this sort of thing. The Living World was loud. Even isolating himself in a rural area wasn't enough. He could hear the vibrant sounds of nature around him. Forcing himself to think about it, he decided it was worth the risk to close his eyes. His sense of smell, and his sense of sound would have to protect him. Closing both head's eyes, both heads continued to breath in and out as one. He could almost feel the connection now. He was almost there, almost in his meditative state. The noise of the world was fading away.

He continued to sit in this meditative pose, continued to focus only on his breathing. It was relaxing, as relaxing as Hollow could be at least.
"Now to tap into my very soul." Daemon's thoughts were almost alien to himself. He reached into his soul, and began trying to force his soul's capacity to increase, to allow more of itself to be unleashed upon this world. It was only a trickle, but even a trickle could be the beginning of a stream. He continued imaging his soul well, imagining a trickle more being forced into it. The Living World a distance memory.

He felt it as he reached the max he could concentrate on today. The hunger ever present felt almost like it was gnawing on him. He brought himself out of his meditative state slowly, as to not break the tentative hold that he had established. The two head's eyes slowly open, and their face's grinned. To any human who could see it, it would be downright terrifying. To Daemon, it was strange. It had been awhile since he had any reason to smile. As far back as he could remember, he hadn't smiled as a Hollow, not unless it was to terrify his prey. He stood up, and started to lumber back towards a city with the ideas of hunting in his head.
