Description: Within a two mile radius of user he is able to create any plant he knows from his spiritual pressure so long as that plant is within his rank or below it. The size and quantity of the flora he creates is limited by his bukijutsu skill with roughly 7 10ft vines at the beginner level, 1 large oak tree or 15 10ft vines at novice,  3 oak trees or 21 vines at Adept, A small grove of trees (no more then ten) or a big garden of flora at Expert, A miniature grove (no more then 20) or a very big garden with exotic plants at Master, and a miniature forest or Giant Garden at Grandmaster.  The range of the creations has to be within 2 miles this can be trained as the bukijutsu skill increases by the same number of posts you would need to train a skill of the same level. Once trained the range will double from it's previous number. Only mundane plants without special abilities can be made up until Master and once that occurs an app must me made for each exotic plant and it's affects and be approved before use in a garden.

The flora made can be used to attack, restrain, or confuse and use strength equal to the users skill in zanjutsu. Whether an attack or restraint succeeds is based on this strength versus target.

What Skill does this technique fall under? It should be a Reaitsu based technique.

The remainder of the technique looks good. Make that small change and you're good to go. Also please note that you much train or purchase each stage of the skill when your skill level reaches that height

Description: Within 2 miles a Guardian Beast is created out of the reiatsu of the Roi and Kyojin. An app for each beast that might be summoned must be made and approved. Only one guardian beast can be active at once. At the Adept Rank the beast may only be one of the four beasts from the zanpakuto's sealed state, at Expert Rank a beast with one unique quality, at Master Rank two beast with two unique qualities can be made (app still needed), and Grandmaster Rank One Special Guardian Beast with four unique qualities and two minion beasts with one unique ability can be made (Special Beast must be apped and minion beast can be either apped as well or chosen from previously apped beasts)

Description: Within a five mile radius any flora or fauna of the same rank or lower of Roi's Reiatsu skill must submit Roi. They are infused with a bit of his Reiatsu and Roi can command them and flora can be partially awakened and manipulated if they aren't already living plants if they are living plants if they're the same rank or lower they submit. There are some exceptions however. PC's who play as beast for whatever reason (such as players who choose beast hollow) are immune to control but if they're the same rank or lower all skills are suppressed by one rank while within the territory. This is the same for beasts already owned by player's if they're the same rank or one rank lower then Roi's reiatsu skill, however if a beast tamed by another PC is two ranks lower then they will turn on their masters temporarily while within his territory.

At Beginner only up to five total flora and fauna can be affected and only given simple, Novice Rank 10 flora/fauna can be affected and three can be given complex commands and the rest simple commands, Adept 15 flora/fauna affected with five taking complex commands and the rest simple commands, Expert 20 F/F: 7 Complex orders, Master: 25 F/F: 15 Complex, Grandmaster 25 F/F: All Complex

At the Master and Grandmaster Rank the territory can be doubled through training posts of the proper length.

Description: Within whatever range Serve [Fauna] currently extends to special cherry blossom leave's can be made. These leaves are specially made with the sword intent of the shikai and at Adept and Expert level must be bunched to gether when used to attack. At Master and Grandmaster Level it could be spread through the field. Once the leaves are made their attack range is double their creation range. If someone has a high enough speed the petals can be dodged even when spread out. The petals move at the user's speed multiplied by their bukijutsu skill. Despite being filled with sword intent this skill is still weak to fire. When grouped up the petals speed decrease by 25% but the damage if hit with doubles, If spread out the speed is normal but damage is halved until grandmaster rank where the damage is doubled whether bunched or spread thin and the speed is normal whether bunched or spread thin.
