Human Power Appearance: The soul of the hollow is eaten by Kao, just like how a hollow eats souls.
Human Power Release Phrase: "I summon thee Staff NPC. Come forth and be eaten by me."
Human Power Ability: Summons staff created Hollows. I can request tiers that are the same as or lower than my tier.D ifferent tiers change what levels they are from me. From E rank they are same level (not the same stats tho). D-rank is +1-3 Levels, C-Rank is +1-5 levels, B is +1-9, A rank is +1-13 S rank is +1-15 X rank is 1-40, (staff decision when created.) In order to not flood the mods, I can request them once a week. X-rank is once every two weeks. Each tier gives different stat boosts, E ranks give a 4th of the stats they had at creation. D ranks are a 3rd. C ranks are a half. B ranks are 2/3rd. A ranks are 3/4 S ranks are 5/6th. X ranks grant me full stats.

if he turns shinigami, it evolves to reducing the cost of using Techniques/Kido cost by 25%
if he turns Quincy, it evolves to allows him to double his damage his bow attacks do
if he turns Hollow, it evolves to allow him to learn human techniques while a hollow
If he stays Human, Humanity's Adaptability evolves into Unwavering Resolve, where if someone doesn't have 100% more spiritual pressure than Kao, Kao ignores the effects of the Spiritual Pressure. If it hits the Impossible tier, he feels the full effect.
