Long Arm of Justice: This is the longest blade of the two in which both make up Masayoshi, this long sword has the ability to do something rather ironic, become longer. It is capable of extending the blade of itself up to 50 additional feet in order to surprise of catch his opponents off guard. The sword while at any extended length responds as if it were in its base form being able to be shifted or move in great speeds at the flick of the wrist.
Short Arm of Justice: The short blade also has a rather unique ability, but unlike its counterpart its it is completely unrelated to it's length. The short sword or blade has the ability to turn into a round shield capable of defending the user from attacks as powerful as a Cero and in some cases Gran Rey Cero.

Hanbaku Dekinai Masayoshi in english is translated to, “Irrefutable Justice” and changes drastically from its Shikai state. While most of its powers are pretty much the same he gain a great boosts in strength along with the modified appearance. Bankai is capable of using every technique of its shikai state. In fact these techniques have now become stronger. They have now been empowered with an Irrefutable power allowing them to do things they weren't capable before. The user will be allowed to remake and acquire all shikai techniques for free and when used in Bankai they will acquire the word Irrefutable in their technique name. (All techniques must be reapplied and approved before acquired and can only be used in Bankai State.) The once thin long sword becomes thicker and larger requiring a armor tailored to Ragar’s body to user the blade. The short blade has now fully transformed into a shield state and is now stronger than ever. Along with these upgraded weapons and equipment comes a new armor with its own original ability and power listed below:
Irrefutable Armor of Justice: Upon entering his Bankai State, Ragar gains a unique armor that boosts his defense against both spiritual and physical based from a Heirro like fabric. This armor is also equipped with massive gauntlet like palms capable of handling weapons of a massive size but also increases the strength of Ragar’s physical attacks by a great amount. Like his blade and shield this armor doesn't slow the user down due to increase weight and loss of mobility. Lastly the armor can also channel reiatsu throughout the users body to strengthen it greatly.
Irrefutable Long Arm of Justice: This is the longest blade of the two from its shikai form. This weapon now appears as a massive ninjato blade capable of being held by the Irrefutable Armor of Justice's hand Its Bankai state now has the ability to become much larger and capable of reaching new lengths than before. It is capable of extending the blade of itself up to 100 feet in order to surprise of catch his opponents off guard. The sword while at any extended length still responds as if it were in its base form being able to be shifted or move in great speeds at the flick of the wrist. In addition the weapon is capable of cutting through reiatsu based attacks one every three posts by paying double the reiatsu cost of the technique used against him.
Irrefutable Shield of Justice: The short blade has now completely entered a shield state. But unlike its Shikai’s Shield state this form is now equipment with a rather large Renntartsche Shield like defense capable of completely covering the users body from attacks. It retains the ability to defend the user from attacks as powerful as a Gran Rey Cero on a much consistent base. It has even been said to have a defensive ability rivaling Cero Oscuras one of the strongest form of Cero. Once every three posts ISoJ is capable of absorbing reiatsu based attacks and firing them back at targets by paying double the chakra cost of the technique used against it. These techniques can be either shot back at targets at double the strength or the power behind the technique can be channeled into the armor of Hanbaku Dekinai Masayoshi to boost their stats by the multiplier of the technique absorbed.

Description: Using the shorter blade of the two, Ragar utilizes his short sword's ability to transform into a shield before covering the shield in a layer of powerful layer of Reiatsu to use against opponents. This layer of Reiatsu remains inactive until a targets weapon or body comes into contact with the energy and the shield. This layer of reiatsu is capable of building its own energy allowing it to acquire a stronger effect the longer its untouched. (Every post the energy is left untriggered the strength behind the reiatsu attack will increase by 10 points. It caps out at 50 points.) In additon for every post the energy is charging the drain from the users Reaitsu is increased as well. (Every post the energy is left untriggered an additonal drain of reiatsu from the pool will decrease by 10 points. This will continue until the energy is triggered.) Once triggered, the energy around the shield will release a powerful wave of Reiatsu capable of striking a targets consciousness. If the power of this attack is stronger than that of a targets endurance they will be paralyzed for one post. When the wave of reiatsu is released a distinct screeching cry sound will be heard.

Description: Generating high-temperature flames, the practitioner discharges it from one or both hands. The practitioner generates and fires an orb of crimson red energy on his/her palm or finger. The orb can be small, medium, or large, depending on the level of power being used. The destructive power released by the blast can vary between a simple explosion to a pillar of energy, and in both instances, the spell causes concussive as well as burn damage. It is one of the mid-level Hadō spells as well as one of the common spells taught at the Academy. It tends to be many Shinigami's default offensive spell, for both those well versed and not well versed in Kidō. However, the spell does not necessarily have to be used for offensive purposes, and can be used as a source of light in dark places.

Description: Ragar conjures an extremely thin and long piece of string made of Reiatsu that comes from any form of his zanpaktuo. Description: Kakushitsuijaku heightens the user's senses and awareness to seize a target. The practitioner draws a circle, with the appropriate symbols set apart in four quadrants upon the ground, using a black powder. When they place their palms down under the circle to activate the spell, the circle glows with a blue light as the symbols within the circle are animated, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set correlates to longitude and latitude.

While the weapon has absorbed the other, all techniques done by that sword/form will have the power of its technique increased by one skill ranking. In addition, the forms of the swords will change while its counterpart is absorbed into it:
While the Short Arm of Justice has absorbed the Long Arm of Justice, its shield form would appear as a spiked shield. It can attack at the power of double whatever the base Long of Justice could attack.
While the Long Arm of Justice has absorbed the Short Arm of Justice, the hilt of a weapon transform into a circular plate to defend him. It can defend with twice the Endurance of whatever the base Short Arm of Justice could defend.

Description: Using the shorter blade of the two, Ragar utilizes his short sword's ability to transform into a shield before covering the shield in a layer of powerful layer of Reiatsu to use against opponents. This layer of Reiatsu remains inactive until a targets weapon or body comes into contact with the energy and the shield. This layer of reiatsu is capable of building its own energy allowing it to acquire a stronger effect the longer its untouched. (Every post the energy is left untriggered the strength behind the reiatsu attack will increase by 10 points. It caps out at 50 points.) In additon for every post the energy is charging the drain from the users Reaitsu is increased as well. (Every post the energy is left untriggered an additonal drain of reiatsu from the pool will decrease by 10 points. This will continue until the energy is triggered.) Once triggered, the energy around the shield will release a powerful wave of Reiatsu capable of striking a targets consciousness. If the power of this attack is stronger than that of a targets endurance they will be paralyzed for one post. When the wave of reiatsu is released a distinct screeching cry sound will be heard.

Description: Generating high-temperature flames, the practitioner discharges it from one or both hands. The practitioner generates and fires an orb of crimson red energy on his/her palm or finger. The orb can be small, medium, or large, depending on the level of power being used. The destructive power released by the blast can vary between a simple explosion to a pillar of energy, and in both instances, the spell causes concussive as well as burn damage. It is one of the mid-level Hadō spells as well as one of the common spells taught at the Academy. It tends to be many Shinigami's default offensive spell, for both those well versed and not well versed in Kidō. However, the spell does not necessarily have to be used for offensive purposes, and can be used as a source of light in dark places.

The energy moves like a direct blast or a large wave of energy, depending on the amount of power which is placed into it. Depending on the user's proficiency with the technique, it can damage an opponent's Bankai. Kuchiki Clan members are well versed in this Hadō.

The end of it remains in the hands of the practitioner, allowing them to control the path of the tendril before and after capture. The tendril can connect with another one of itself, if both have captured a target, and bind them together.
