A-Rank:1 Lieutenant or 1 Staff NPC Shinigami at equivalent level
S-Rank: 1 Lieutenant and 1 Shinigami or 2 Staff NPC Shinigami at +5-10 Levels to you
X-Rank: 1 Staff NPC Captain +25 level of you
