Evolution System

Some races do not have technique based evolutions, but permanent evolutions based on specific criteria. These races are Humans and their antithesis, Hollows. Below we will discuss the specifics of Evolution for these two unique Races.


Humans are the most unique race, as they have the potential to become any of the other races, [Shinigami, Quincy or Hollows] through various means. Those means will be detailed below:

• Hollow: To become a Hollow, a Human must die, but not move on to the afterlife. This will cause their Chain of Fate to begin encroachment. Once this process is completed, the Human is now a Hollow. The Classification they start at is based on their level upon death. [10 posts of encroachment process]
  
  
• Shinigami: To become a Shinigami, a human must either receive their powers from an existing Shinigami by being pierced by their blade, or they must die and move on to the soul society, and then work their way through the ranks of Shinigami. [10 posts of receiving powers, or 10 posts of arriving in Soul Society and receiving Zanpakuto.]
  
  
• Quincy: To become a Quincy, a human must remain alive, and then train specifically to attain the powers of a Quincy. This is done through countless hours of intense training and study to understand both the flow of reiatsu through the body and how to preform the various Quincy techniques. [NOTE: The Hollow Race is unique in that it offers two paths to power, as Hollows are naturally weaker spiritual beings, they receive a debuff of -1 stat point earned per level. Once they reach VASTO LORDE/ARRANCAR they will obtain the normal stats for their level.]

• Hollow: Hollow is the starting level of those who begin the Hollow journey. This is the basic level and goes from Level 1 - Level 39.
  
  
• Gillian: Gillian is the second level of those who begin as a normal Hollow and have gained enough power to evolve into something greater. The level of these Hollows ranges from Level 40 - Level 59.
  
  
• Adjuchas: Adjuchas is the third level of a Hollow and is far stronger than the basic Hollow that it started off as, ranging from Level 60 - Level 99.
  
  
• Vasto Lorde: Vasto Lorde is the final form that a normal Hollow can achieve naturally and is marked by being vastly more powerful than the other forms of Hollow. This ranges from Level 100 -  Level ∞. Upon reaching this level, Hollows regain the normal stat points for their level, getting all the points they are owed for their level. They also gain +2 Skill points for making it this far!
  [NOTE: To qualify for the Vasto Lorde bonuses, one must BEGIN as a Hollow Lv1.]
  
  
• Arrancar: Arrancar is not only a starting level, but also can be achieved by a Hollow at ANY of its other stages, this is done simply by ripping its mask off and converting it into a Zanpakutō. This is done in a 10 post thread. When a Hollow becomes an Arrancar by removing their mask, they will regain all the stat points they are owed, making them equal to the points of their level.
