Description:
Hollow Bait consists of small, round, white tablets only a little larger than an adult fingernail with writing or symbols circling the flat edge. It is very easy to break as it usually only requires two fingers and minimal effort to crush and scatter the bait.  When crushed and dispersed into the air, Hollow Bait will begin attracting Hollows from Hueco Mundo to the area of the Human World in which it was used. Under normal circumstances, both the area affected and the duration of the effect are substantial - lasting a full 24 hours and covering most of a City.

A high level technique which allows the user to control their body parts using strings of Reiryoku controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings made of Reishi. Using this technique, the Quincy can control their body like a marionette, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force which would impede normal movement.

Description:
The Quincy Seele Schneider at the intended target which stops in mid-air, surrounding the opponent with a high-density barrier of Reishi. Minuscule cuts created by Seele Schneider beforehand cause Reishi to flow out of the target's body as Uryū throws a Gintō at the ultimate Seele Schneider, causing the barrier to implode and culminate in an enormous explosion.

Description:
A change of use for the skill Ransōtengai, infusing the strings which are normally used to move the body of the Quincy to vibrate at extremely high speeds causing them to become a wire like weapon.  The strings can be manipulated to half the Quincy's active Reiatsu in yards and can be used to bind or damage opponents.

Description:
The user's shadow expands and becomes a doorway between dimensions and the user's Reiatsu instantly disappears from the area of departure. The size of these portals can manipulated via gestures, and can become big enough to allow large groups of Soldat to pass through; the larger shadows tend to take the form of a Quincy cross. The technique requires shadows; therefore, it cannot be used in a room where there are no shadows.

Description:
This technique is the single greatest protective magic of Quincy offense and defense. By generating a number of roman numeral-inscribed constructs from the fingers of an outstretched hand, several towering columns of Reishi, shaped like the Quincy Cross, erupt upwards in a circular formation around the practitioner. Anyone who steps foot within the confines of this area will be immediately rent asunder where they stand by the "light of God".

Description:
A more advanced version of Quincy's Hirenkyaku,  Janus can give reishi form to her soul as it comes detached from her body, still connecting it's Ingo No Kusari.  By doing so she can have a future version of herself move to a specific location and then instantly catch up to it by pulling on the threads and chain connecting it to Janus' body.  This ability varies from Hirenkyaku and all other movement skills because it can be up-kept until she decides to catch up to, and she can summon Projections of Janus from either version.  It has a range of Janus' movement +10 Yards per hoho skill rank.

However, despite the significant danger this potentially presents to one's opponents, Blut possesses one major flaw: because the independent forms of the technique for attack and defense operate using two different Reishi systems, they cannot be employed simultaneously.

The offensive form of Blut which grants the user inhuman attack power. This technique is the only thing capable of ensuring a Quincy's attacks can significantly damage a Bankai-wielding Shinigami.

Each attack made while Blut Arterie has a 25 damage bonus per level of Blut Arteire

Description:
By making Reishi flow directly into their blood vessels, users of this technique can drastically increase their attack and defense power to inhuman levels. However, despite the significant danger this potentially presents to one's opponents, Blut possesses one major flaw: because the independent forms of the technique for attack and defense operate using two different Reishi systems, they cannot be employed simultaneously.

The defensive form of Blut, which grants the user inhuman durability, it is represented by a faint blue pattern tracing the veins beneath the surface of their skin, which is only visible on the afflicted area when struck.  If consciously kept at full power, even attacks delivered by a Shinigami's Bankai can potentially be negated completely. However, despite the considerable defense afforded by this technique, it is seemingly not absolute, and can be torn using sufficient power. Additionally, Blut Vene can be used to aid the user against critical wounds which have already been inflicted by stopping the severe loss of blood which would result from said wound  

Each Level of Blut Vene grants 25 durability per level while active.

Description: It grants Quincy access to a unique perfected spirit weapon/s to use in place of their original weapon. They May also go through a slight transformation. They always gain a pair of Reiatsu wings. It increases the users speed, strength and endurance by the power of the technique for the duration.
While in Vollständig, Janus can only fire her bow when her Quiver has an arrow inside of it, or her Remaining Seele, however she may not count a Seele, as an attack for the purposes of Zwei Gesichtzeit
When Janus activates Vollständig, her coat flares up and splits to form six wings of reishi draping from her back, each wing then detaches to become one of the Esercito di Janus.  Each time a member of the Army is killed, Janus gains a wing back.  Once she has all Six Wings returned, she can use her ultimate ability.

Janus summons all six projections of the future.  Each one has a different form and weapon and bears one of her wings.  They are constructs of reishi and attack independently but do very little damage.  They also cannot move more than half Janus' reiatsu in meters from Janus.  Janus may switch places with any of them at any time using Treno.  As each one gets defeated, Janus is given an Arrow in her Compound Bow's Quiver.  So she can only fire her Vollständig a maximum of six times.  After all six perish, she gains the ability to use her ultimate technique.

Description:
The Seele Schneider is a thin, silver-colored weapon which, when activated, sports a glowing blue blade.
Function
The Seele Schneider is a weapon much like a chainsaw, with Reishi making 3 million round trips per second around the edge of the blade.  The vibrations of the Seele Schneider are not just for cutting. Through its vibrations, the Seele Schneider loosens the bonds between the Reishi of whatever it cuts in order to make them easier to capture. The Quincy fight by gathering the surrounding Reishi and using them as their own personal weapon and the most powerful manifestation of that is the Seele Schneider. The Seele Schneider is not a sword, but an arrow.

The Seele Schneider's second ability is to collect Reishi during combat by absorbing the opponent's attacks. The more Reiatsu and Reiryoku they release, the more powerful the Quincy wielding it becomes. Effectively, it allows an opponent's Reishi to become the user's.
Sword & Arrow Functionality: Since a physical high-speed impact can be destroyed by a spiritual high-speed impact, the Seele Schneider can do more damage to someone physically strong when they physically attack than when using a spirit-based attack.
Bonus: The Arrow shot of a Seele is equal to 50x Rank of the skill, a strike, 25x Rank of the skill.

Description: They are the primary attack used by Quincy. Spiritual energy formed into the shape of an arrow that is capable of injuring and/or killing spiritual beings. The arrows can be created by collecting Reishi, absorbing Reiryoku from an opponent or gathering spirit energy, giving the Quincy many ways to form their arrows. They are the Quincy equivalent of an average arrow, but if the arrows are shot continuously, they can eventually injure the wielders' hands.

Description:
Janus' ultimate technique.  Only usable while in Vollständig while all six of the Army of Janus has been defeated.  Janus must also have fired all six arrows and STILL have 500 Reiatsu to expend or the ability fails.  
The Ability has all of Janus' wings pour power into her Compound Bow's Cams as she targets all potential futures of those who dare attempt to change any future to that other than Janus winning.  This ability does not auto-hit.  It is essentially a giant mass of reishi missiles that vibrate at high speeds connected back to Janus' wings by Ransotengai strings so they can be used to "home" in on their target.  Numerous reishi crosses appear in explosive fashion dealing half Janus' remaining reiatsu pool after expenditures, +25 per remaining Seele Schneider in her gear, + her spirit weapon bonus.

However, despite the significant danger this potentially presents to one's opponents, Blut possesses one major flaw: because the independent forms of the technique for attack and defense operate using two different Reishi systems, they cannot be employed simultaneously.

A technique that allows the Quincy to extend his Blut Vene outside of his body to create a force-field that blocks incoming attacks. It can easily block Kidō spells. The way the technique works allows it to consume everything around it in order to maintain its generation, even living material. When activated it creates a 360° light-blue transparent dome with white veins on its surface of whatever it attempts to consume.

A high level Hirenkyaku technique that creates after images of reishi all around the user.  Unlike Gemelos Sonído or versions or Utsemi, reishi can be solidified and controlled.  This does not allow the Quincy to attack with the after-images, it allows the Quincy to shift places with the after-images by surfing residual reishi waves.
